Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly, transferring to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet guests and employees with a professional demeanor, managing check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage the company email inbox, responding to inquiries and routing messages efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials in advance.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing shipments.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and reordering when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a professional appearance.
