Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming emails and phone calls, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly and professionally.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and maintain the executive calendar to ensure optimal time management.
- Data Entry & Records: Accurately input data into company databases, maintain physical and electronic filing systems, and prepare weekly reports.
- Office Support: Order office supplies, greet visitors at the reception area, and ensure the workspace is organized and welcoming.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit memos, letters, presentations, and other correspondence.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating internal meetings and company events, handling logistics as needed.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to manage office services and contracts.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
