Responsibilities
Manage the front desk operations, greeting all visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.Answer and screen incoming calls, transferring them appropriately and taking detailed messages.Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the digital calendar for the executive team.Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors entering the premises.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.High school diploma or GED required.Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
