Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional and positive demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls with a friendly voice, route messages efficiently, and screen calls as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning of documents.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the company calendar to ensure optimal time management.
- Mail and Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice communications effectively.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure the office is always equipped for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or prior administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or in a similar office support role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
