Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently; take accurate messages and relay them promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, including answering door buzzers, managing package deliveries, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings and appointments using digital calendars and coordinate conference rooms.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and preparing documents for meetings as needed.
- Mail and Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and distribute internal memos.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from the public or customers in person or via phone/email in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; some college or vocational training in office administration is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours.
- Entry-Level Experience: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
