Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients warmly, checking in guests and directing them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Communication Hub: Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, taking accurate messages and ensuring no inquiries fall through the cracks.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional office administration training is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start.
