Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Perform accurate data entry for client records and scheduling updates
- Greet visitors with exceptional customer service and coordinate meeting logistics
- Maintain digital filing systems and document management protocols
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
