Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in procedures and visitor badges.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and couriers.
- Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
