- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, routing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Handle front desk operations including mail distribution, package receiving, and supply management.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for internal staff and external clients.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in coordinating meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and preparing meeting materials.
- Monitor office inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional front desk or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (optional but preferred).
