- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage deliveries, and handle general clerical duties.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and direct them to the correct resources.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
