Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them appropriately while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and route them to the correct department, and take accurate messages.
- Schedule Management: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages, and distribute them efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other general office duties as needed.
- Vendor Relations: Manage the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional phone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
