Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally; take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, package deliveries, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Inventory Control: Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office.
