Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression and managing the reception area with high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Calendar Coordination: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms, including setting up A/V equipment.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and assist with data entry and filing tasks as required.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with building management and external vendors for maintenance requests, office supplies, and security.
- Client Relations: Assist visitors with directions, parking, and access to the building while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role (1-2 years preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
- Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
