- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and assist visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and administrative calendar management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Support HR and administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Maintain a polished, organized reception area

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/front desk experience
