Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors, issuing visitor badges as necessary.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
