Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Process incoming invoices and assist with basic accounting tasks when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office.
