Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution and package handling.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate office records and files.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and manage the company calendar.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and in person with high efficiency.
- Perform general administrative duties to support office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
