Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all digital records are updated in real-time.
- Manage incoming emails and correspondence, sorting and routing urgent requests to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of company documents.
- Generate and verify reports using Microsoft Office Suite, highlighting discrepancies for management review.
- Assist with basic inventory management and supply ordering for the night shift operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Perform routine data quality checks and proofreading to maintain high standards of data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or general office administration.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with exceptional accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation and professional demeanor.
