Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming calls with a professional telephone manner; take accurate messages and route calls efficiently.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage email correspondence, and assist with data entry and filing.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area in a neat, organized, and professional condition at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule with flexible hours as needed.
