Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage the front desk area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception space.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
