- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to ensure efficient communication.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings using digital calendar tools.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a front desk role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings.
