Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer multi-line phone system, and direct inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings across departments
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement
- Support administrative tasks: data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding logistics and new hire welcome
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
