Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors and clients.
- Communication Management: Answer and direct incoming calls professionally; screen and route messages; and handle email correspondence promptly.
- Scheduling Support: Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and remind staff of upcoming commitments.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and manage the reception desk inventory.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with directions and provide general information to ensure a smooth experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and communications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with phone systems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work occasional evenings or weekends.
