Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming data, invoices, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the night shift leadership team.
- Maintain and update digital filing systems and physical records for departmental compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, ensuring all figures are verified and formatted correctly.
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply requisitions for the night operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries during the evening shift.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous administrative or clerical experience.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
