Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, managing the front desk operations.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with exceptional clarity and tone.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for internal team members.
- Assist in coordinating meeting room setups and maintaining a clean reception area.
- Handle inquiries from clients and employees with patience and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
