Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, including email, phone calls, and document processing
- Coordinate weekend calendars and schedule meetings for executive team
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Oversee office inventory management and supply replenishment
- Assist with onboarding processes for weekend contractors and temporary staff
- Support HR functions including data entry and document filing
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend vendor communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
