Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Greet and assist visitors with warm professionalism and accurate direction
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and coordinate meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless front-office operations
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for all client and staff interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist/front-desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Professional demeanor with polished appearance and etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
