Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting all visitors warmly and professionally, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and accuracy, maintaining our digital databases.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Prepare internal documents and reports as requested by management.
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proven data entry skills with a typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a professional demeanor.
