Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy, maintaining updated digital and physical records.
- Manage incoming calls, route inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar using scheduling software.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence in an organized system.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or data entry role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
