Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks using company software and databases, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers in a timely manner.
- Support the sales and operations team with basic reporting and data verification.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Business Administration is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
