Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with general office administration and filing duties.
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces in a clean and organized manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and data entry accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
