- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry tasks, including updating client information and processing forms.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages and transferring calls as needed.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with administrative projects and general office support as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reception, front desk, or data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of confidentiality.
