Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive leadership.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, newsletters, and general correspondence with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring sensitive information remains confidential.
- Process expense reports and assist with general office supply management and vendor coordination.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in business administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
