Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage the front desk, including check-in procedures and visitor badges.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Handle mail, packages, and general office errands efficiently.
- Assist with data entry and filing administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
