Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages and transfer lines as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with attention to detail.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Provide support to the office management team and other departments as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an Office Support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
