Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones.
- Screen and direct calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar.
- Order and maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
