Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail distribution, supply inventory, and facility maintenance coordination
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department heads including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense report processing
- Coordinate client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions with exceptional professionalism
- Execute data entry tasks with precision for CRM systems and confidential documentation
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems ensuring information accessibility and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deadlines and meeting logistics
- Assist in onboarding processes including new hire orientations and workstation setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in office or professional services environment
