- Assist with the preparation of weekly reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage calendar events for management.
- Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies in records promptly.
- Support the office with inventory management and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
