Responsibilities

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to internal departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
