Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for executive team
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationship management
- Handle confidential data with discretion and maintain accurate filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements domestically
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Assist with HR tasks onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- 3+ years administrative support experience in professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
