Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar accurately.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
- Process daily payroll and timekeeping records for daily pay verification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
