Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Screen, route, and answer incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and report generation.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front-desk experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
