Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to ensure efficient communication within the company.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with accuracy.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar, including coordinating meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies and coordinate reorders as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
