Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering and redirecting phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with accuracy.

Qualifications
