Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all visitors and clients entering the office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls efficiently while maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain client and employee data into our internal databases and CRM systems.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the front desk calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, distribute packages, and assist with general office errands as needed.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries via email or in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus, but we offer training for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
