- Mail & Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes in a timely manner.
- Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar to ensure efficient operations.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed to keep the workspace stocked.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks and update records in our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization of company meetings, events, and conference calls.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Attitude: A positive, customer-service-oriented attitude and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
