Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism and courtesy
- Greet and screen visitors, providing exceptional first impressions
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages daily
- Maintain reception area with immaculate presentation standards
- Assist with light administrative tasks including data entry and scheduling
- Support HR initiatives onboarding and orientation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
