Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route calls
- Greet visitors, verify appointments, and issue visitor badges
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and setup
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Assist with basic clerical tasks (data entry, filing)
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
