Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Perform accurate data entry for client information, meeting schedules, and correspondence
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule appointments for executives
- Greet visitors professionally and provide administrative support as needed
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments efficiently
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
