- Maintain professional office environment through supply inventory and facility coordination
- Support HR functions with onboarding documentation and employee inquiries
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with composure
- Professional appearance and polished business etiquette
- Associates degree or equivalent certification preferred
